About Prism Coaching

Prism Coaching is a consortium of eight multicultural coaches who provide leadership coaching - Adriana Diaz, Alfredo Vergara-Lobo, Belma González, Ernest Mark, Fresh! White, Jennifer Crystal Chien, Johnny Manzon-Santos, and Kim Fowler.

Our vision is the realization of a healthy and productive workplace that thrives with a vibrant, balanced, creative, and diverse workforce.

Prism helps people understand the influences of race, class, and culture on their professional and personal lives. Recognizing the potential assets and strengths of these influences, we guide people toward new empowering insights.

Our premise is that each person, group, and organization holds the wisdom to resolve their own concerns. Our approach is to design programs to the unique specifications and needs of each client.

Working with organizations, we provide the philosophical underpinnings, systems analysis, leadership development strategies, and practical applications necessary for thriving institutions.

Our coaches have many years of experience with nonprofit, for-profit, and personal coaching. We represent a diverse range of racial, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds. We began meeting in 2005 in an effort to deepen our analysis of culturally-aware coaching and to better serve our clients.
